How long has it been since you installed your new kitchen?
What has been your experience since that time using your kitchen on a daily basis?
We really enjoy being in the kitchen. Having chosen tulipwood so that we could paint the units, the room has been much lighter (we used Theresa's Green from Farrow and Ball). The units continue to look as good as new, the drawers (soft closing) continue to run well and the door catches (non-magnetic) remain robust. We have been more than happy with the quality of the workmanship.

What attracted you to our company?
We had our own carpenter to fit the kitchen so we were attracted by the fact you just supplied the units. We also liked the quality of the workmanship and the value for money.
Did you visit our showroom or buy from what you saw online or buy after being referred by a friend?
We visited your showroom as it is not possible to get a clear idea of the finishes that can be obtained from a picture. Not only were we able to see the clear difference in the different types of wood on the outside, it helped enormously in seeing what could be done with the interiors.
Who did you deal with? (Karen, Myra, Jacky or Keith), and how did you find dealing with them?
Myra. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On our first visit to your showroom she explained the possible options clearly. On the second visit, when we had some outline plans, she provided good advice on which units to use. What we found so impressive was that, as well as making the units to our exact measurements, you were prepared to deviate from your standard units. We had a problem in that we wanted a tall double oven housing, with cupboards above, but as our ceiling height is so low your standard unit was too tall. So you kindly supplied a custom built unit, in pieces, to be assembled in situ. We had a similar problem with a cupboard to fit under some stairs and got round it by selecting a standard cupboard without a side and an extra piece of wood. Despite all communication being by e-mail or telephone, response was always rapid, and Myra was always able to provide the answers to queries quickly.
How were the delivery arrangements made, and how did the actual delivery go?
We agreed a delivery date and everything went according to plan except that the plinths had been missed off. However they were delivered very soon after, well in time for when they were needed, and at least twice as much as we had ordered!
Who did you use for installation, and how did it go in terms of the fitting of the cabinets?
A local carpenter, Trevor, who lives in our village did the fitting. He found the units well made and easy to install. You will see from Gallery 38 that there were quite a few 'obstacles' to overcome. A particularly nice touch on your part was that Trevor made a small cupboard to house a number of switches and when I rang to ask if I could purchase two further hinges they arrived next morning and, of course, free of charge.
Have you referred us to any of your friends/relatives/colleagues?
I always make sure that admirers of the kitchen know where the units came from and in fact I was only this weekend recommending your company to my nephew who is looking for a new kitchen!
Finally, what would you say to anyone thinking of buying their kitchen from us?
Do so, without hesitation!
